Refund policy

1. Courier Returns (Undelivered Orders)

If your order cannot be delivered after three attempts, it will be returned to us by the courier.

  • We do not charge any additional fees for these returned items.
  • Returned orders will be stored securely for 30 days from the date they are received.
  • After 30 days, unclaimed returned items will be donated or disposed of. Prior to this, we will notify you via email with reminders.
  • Please note that once disposal occurs, it cannot be reversed.

You can choose to have the returned order resent to you or shipped to a different address within this 30-day period. Additional charges my apply.

2. Customer Returns (Exchanges and Defects)

If you receive a defective product or want an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with images or videos clearly showing the defect, along with the product barcode and packaging.
  • Once we verify the defect, we will offer you a replacement or full refund at no cost.
  • You do not need to send the defective product back to us.
  • For non-defective returns, such as requesting a different size or color, we do not offer refunds or automatic replacements.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

To start a return or replacement request:

  • Email our customer support at info@storywiseacademy.com.
  • Include your order number and clear evidence of any defect.
  • Our team will guide you through the next steps, including how to arrange returns if applicable.
